Tickets and admission

• Tickets are sold through our ticketing partner, TicketSpice, and purchases are also subject to its terms.
• Admission is by timed entry. Prices, dates, hours and attractions shown on this site can change, and the details shown at checkout apply.
• Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your entry time. Purchase Protection is offered at checkout.
• Discount codes are valid for online purchases only and cannot be applied after a ticket is bought.
• Every guest who buys a ticket or enters ChristmasLand agrees to our Guest Liability Release.

Your visitGuests are expected to follow staff instructions and our house rules, including no outside food or drinks and no re-entry. We may refuse entry or ask guests to leave for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Website contentThe text, photos, videos, logos and design on this site belong to ChristmasLand or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
