Tickets & Pricing
General Admission is $35 for ages 3 and up, and children under 3 are free. Family bundles are 4 for $128, 6 for $180 and 8 for $224. A Season Pass is $95. Prices are plus taxes and fees, and every ticket includes Santa and all digital photos.
Children under 3 get in free. Add a free child ticket at checkout so they are counted in your time slot.
Yes. Family bundles are 4 tickets for $128, 6 for $180 and 8 for $224, as little as $28 a guest. Larger groups can contact us for options.
The Season Pass is $95 plus fees and gives unlimited visits all season, through December 27. It is available in limited quantity and can be bought as a gift at checkout.
If a time slot still has space, yes. Entry is timed and each slot is capped, so booking online is the safer bet. Discount codes only work online.
No. Discount codes are only valid for online purchases, and they cannot be applied after a ticket is bought.

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can reschedule to another date and time up to 24 hours before your entry time. Purchase Protection is offered at checkout if you would like refund coverage.
Visiting ChristmasLand
ChristmasLand is on the second floor of Tanger Outlets Deer Park at 152 The Arches Circle, Via La Scala Suite 900, Deer Park, NY 11729. That puts it in central Long Island, about 10 to 30 minutes from most of western Suffolk and eastern Nassau County.
Yes. Parking is free. Park at 7A by Entrance 7 on the outside perimeter of the outlets, then take the stairs or the elevator up to the second floor check-in.
There is no time limit once you are inside. Most families spend 45 minutes to an hour and a half, longer if you are taking lots of photos.
No. ChristmasLand is closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The last two days of the 2026 season are Saturday, December 26 and Sunday, December 27.
Yes. It is a heated, 20,000 square foot walk-through on the second floor of Tanger Outlets Deer Park, so it runs rain or shine.

There are two self-serve coat racks in the lobby. They are unmonitored, so coats are left at your own risk, and management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
No outside food or beverages are permitted. Hot cocoa and treats are available at the bake shop inside.
No. There is no re-entry once your ticket has been exchanged and you have entered ChristmasLand.

Santa & Photos
Yes. Every ticket includes a Santa meet and greet and all digital photos. There is no photo package to buy. Phones are welcome too.
At ChristmasLand in Deer Park, photos with Santa are included with every ticket. There is no separate photo package to buy, and every picture from the photo stations is included free.
The Mr. Mean Green meet and greet is a $10 add-on you can choose at checkout. Santa is included with every ticket.
Families & Accessibility
It is a favorite with little ones. There is no timer, little ones can go at their own pace, and children under 3 get in free.
Yes. Strollers and wagons are welcome, and the elevator goes up to the second floor.
