Who we areThis website is run by ChristmasLand Experience, LLC (“ChristmasLand”, “we”, “us”), the indoor Christmas experience at Tanger Outlets Deer Park in Deer Park, New York. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information you give usWe collect the information you choose to send us, such as:

• Your name, email address, phone number and message when you use our contact or group inquiry forms.
• Details about your group, such as group type, size and preferred dates.
• Your phone number if you text us to join our text message list.

Tickets and paymentsTickets are sold through our ticketing partner, TicketSpice. When you buy tickets, your order and payment details are collected by TicketSpice and handled under its own privacy policy. We receive the order information we need to manage your visit, such as your name, email, ticket type and time slot. We do not see or store your full payment card number.

Photos at ChristmasLandIf you give us a phone number or email address to receive your photos, it is used only to send you your photos. As described in our Guest Liability Release, photos and video may also be taken at ChristmasLand and used to promote the experience.

Information collected automaticallyLike most websites, our site and the tools it uses may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, using cookies or similar technologies. We may use analytics and advertising tools to understand how people use the site and to measure our marketing. Maps on this site are provided by Google, and Google may collect information when you load or use them.

ChildrenChristmasLand is a family experience, but this website is meant for adults planning a visit. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
