Where it began
How ChristmasLand Started
ChristmasLand started with two people who love Christmas. Michael and Brandon crossed paths in the events industry, and each of them was already running Christmas events of his own.
Michael pitched an idea: combine their events into one indoor experience. That idea became ChristmasLand.
Today it fills 20,000 square feet on the second floor of Tanger Outlets Deer Park, with themed rooms, Santa and photo spots around every corner. 2026 is its sixth holiday season, and many of the families who visit come back year after year.

The Season Pass
New this year: unlimited visits all season for $95 plus fees. Limited quantity, and it makes a great gift.
More Weekday Hours
Open Wednesdays and Thursdays in December from 4 PM, so you can skip the weekend crowds.
More November Dates
Doors open Friday, November 13, with Friday to Sunday dates all through November.

ChristmasLand was started by Michael and Brandon, two Christmas event makers who met in the events industry. Each was already running Christmas events, and Michael pitched combining them into one indoor experience.
2026 is ChristmasLand’s sixth holiday season. Last season, more than 6,000 guests visited, and many families come back year after year.
ChristmasLand is on the second floor of Tanger Outlets Deer Park at 152 The Arches Circle, Via La Scala Suite 900, Deer Park, NY 11729. That puts it in central Long Island, about 10 to 30 minutes from most of western Suffolk and eastern Nassau County.
Yes. ChristmasLand has worked with Toys of Hope during the holidays for the last decade, and guests can add a donation to Toys of Hope when they buy tickets.
For 2026 there is a new Season Pass with unlimited visits, more weekday hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays in December, and more dates in November, starting November 13.
